Terms of Use

Effective April 28, 2026 · Version 2.0

These terms cover inlightai.com — the marketing home of InLight AI. They're written in plain English so you can actually read them. Each InLight product has its own in-app Terms of Service and Master Subscription Agreement; those govern the products themselves.

1 · Who you're agreeing with

"InLight", "we", "us", and "our" mean InLight AI, the company behind CompareIns, Real Travel 2 Real Places, BRIX, and LangIQ. By visiting inlightai.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2 · What this site is for

inlightai.com is an informational and marketing site. It exists to introduce our company, showcase our products, publish insights from our team, and let you get in touch. It is not the place where InLight products are operated, sold, or licensed — those happen inside each product, under that product's own agreements.

3 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the site without our written permission.
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of our infrastructure (good-faith research is welcome — see Section 8).
  • Submit false information through our forms, or impersonate another person or organization.
  • Use the site to distribute malware, phishing payloads, or unsolicited messages.
  • Train machine-learning models on our content, screenshots, or product imagery without a written license from InLight AI.

4 · Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the InLight wordmark, product names (CompareIns, Real Travel 2 Real Places, BRIX, LangIQ), copy, illustrations, product screenshots, and code — is owned by InLight AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

5 · Third-party links

We link out to product landing pages, partners, and references. Those destinations operate under their own terms and privacy practices. InLight isn't responsible for their content or behavior, and a link isn't an endorsement.

6 · Beta features & forward-looking statements

We talk publicly about what we're building — including products like LangIQ that are still in development. Roadmap items, launch dates, and capabilities described on this site are forward-looking and may change without notice. Don't make purchasing decisions on the basis of unreleased features.

7 · Disclaimer of warranties

inlightai.com is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, InLight disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InLight AI and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to inlightai.com is limited to USD $100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, gross negligence or willful misconduct).

9 · Responsible disclosure

If you believe you've found a security issue on inlightai.com, please tell us privately through our contact form with "Security report" in the message. We'll acknowledge within two business days, won't pursue legal action against good-faith researchers, and will credit you on request once the issue is fixed.

10 · Changes to these terms

We update these terms when our practices change. Material updates are announced at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes that aren't resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to that venue.

12 · Contact
